David Wheatcroft
Managing Director David Wheatcroft has a wealth of experience in management and executive roles in different sectors.
David brings this experience to bear in understanding the needs of customers and stakeholders and ensuring that they continue to enjoy a productive relationship. He is also tasked with developing and implementing commercial strategies to continue Customade’s dynamic growth and identifying opportunities for expansion.
Mark Davenport
Mark is our Commercial Director. He is responsible for sales performance, working closely with the sales and customer services teams to drive sales of Virtuoso products and services.
Mark has 27 years’ experience within the construction and fenestration industries. Mark began his career in sales order processing and customer services, before working various sales and account management roles.
Tracy Jameson
As Customer Service Manager, Tracy drives continuous improvement throughout the customer journey. She is responsible for day-to-day service through sales support, SOP, and customer support teams.
Tracy has worked in Customer Services for 25 years, across various industries including banking, energy and manufacturing. She has 10 years’ experience in senior management and 5 years as a consultant in customer journey.
